Namenda Tablets to be Discontinued

Forest Laboratories, Inc., recently announced that it would discontinue the sale of it's NAMENDA® (memantine HCl) tablets this coming August. The oral solution and once-daily extended-release capsules of the drug will continue to be available. The medications are indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease.
