Experienced health care executive, educator and doctoral-prepared dual-certified nurse practitioner (Family & Emergency) with 24+ years of leadership, process improvement, strategic planning, implementation and evaluation experience. Comfortable working in ambiguous/dynamic environments and developing cohesive, highly productive teams to identify, develop, and implement relevant services/processes and strategic plans to meet current and future healthcare operations. Familiar with academic program, hospital, and clinic certification and re certification. Experience spans academic, clinical acute, ambulatory, rural/austere) and Military/VA healthcare / clinical operations and environments. Maintains current traditional medical NP practice and incorporates components of acupuncture, TCM and alternative medicine to expand patient care services and improve patient outcomes.
